Denia – a small resort town on the east coast of Spain, halfway between Alicante and Valencia. Denia is part of the Costa Blanca resort area and is recommended for families with children, the city is widely known for its excellent beaches and historical sites. Ferry service from Denia

The ferries from Denia run between the mainland and the Balearic Islands. Balearia connects Denia with the islands of Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera. There are high-speed trimarans on the line, the crossing to Mallorca takes about 5 hours, the crossing to Ibiza and the southern island of the archipelago Formentera will take about 2 hours.

Flights to Palma de Mallorca depart daily, the ticket price starts at 62 euros, the ferry of the car costs from 50 euros. Flights to Ibiza take off usually 2 times a day, the ticket price for an adult starts from 70 euros, the same price for the car ferry. Formentera port also usually has 2 flights a day, the ticket price for an adult starts from 60 euros, car ferry costs from 75 euros. Passengers are accommodated in an enclosed cabin in armchairs, the ferries have a bar and stores. Balearia offers a system of club and seasonal discounts, discounts of up to 20% can be obtained for flights on Thursday and Friday.

Port of Denia

The Port of Denia is located in the center of the waterfront, right at the foot of the medieval castle. To get to the ferry terminal you have to go around the marina from the north. The ferry terminal has good but narrow access roads, a few small parking lots, a cafe and a car rental service.
