You can visit Venice with Venezia Lines, even on a day trip. The Captain and crew are very experienced and guarantee the safety and comfort of a boat trip on the Northern Adriatic. The company's fleet consists of speedy modern vessels that travel at around 35 knots. The Sang Francisk &ndash, for example, is a low-noise, maneuverable, fast boat with a carrying capacity of 310 passengers. There are economy class seats on the lower deck and a VIP area on the upper &ndash. Drinks and snacks can be purchased during the voyage by visiting the bar.

There are currently operating routes that connect Venice with Croatian ports – Pula, Umag, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as with Piran in Slovenia. The voyages last up to four hours, depending on the destination, and you can book your ferry ticket online.

Special features

Please note that the ferry to Venice – Istria (Croatia) runs only from April to October, and the ticket should be bought in advance. Maximum tourist flow occurs in summer time. It is not necessary to print out the ticket, you may present it in electronic form using your smartphone. Each passenger can carry hand luggage not exceeding ten kilograms. If the weight of the baggage is heavier, you will have to pay an extra fee of €10 to €20. A €10 fee must be paid for carrying a bicycle. You can also travel with pets, provided that you have a passport and vaccination certificates. Cats must be in special carriers, and dogs – be on a leash and in a muzzle.
